CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the requests for refunds, cancellations and re-schedules made by users (“You”) of all counselling sessions purchased through the website www.veenanair.in (“Website/We/Us”).

1. SCOPE OF THE POLICY

The terms and conditions provided in this Policy shall be applicable to all the Users requesting, either refund or cancellation. No refund or reschedule of a counselling session shall be made, except as per the terms set herein.

2. RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION

2.1 To reschedule a paid appointment/booking, a strict 48 (Forty-Eight) hours policy is followed. Once any counselling session is booked, you can cancel and re-schedule the same on your accord, before 48 hours of the scheduled time. In this circumstance, a full refund will be initiated as per the terms of this Policy;

2.2 Cancellation charges of 50% deduction from the total amount paid shall be applicable in every situation when you fail to inform us about cancellation of a session 24 (Twenty-Four) hours prior to the said session;

2.3 In case the counsellor needs to cancel the session at any given point, due to either technological or personal reasons, you will be entitled to a complete refund;

2.4 All other similar requests will be processed solely on our discretion.

3. REFUND

3.1 All requests for refund are to be shared with the applicable order ID at veena.nair@evergro.in. We shall go through all such requests and reply to you with confirmation of acceptance or refusal of your request within 7 business days;

3.2 Once you receive the confirmation of your request, we will initiate the refund process and the same shall be reflected in your account in 7 working days.
